Peak Times
Early evenings and the end of the week are the busiest times at the clinic. These appointments are usually the first to book out, especially for clients who prefer to come in after work. VIP members also receive priority access to these times, so availability can be limited.
Quiet Times
Midday and early afternoon appointments tend to have more flexibility. These times are ideal for clients who want a calmer visit or who prefer to book at shorter notice.
Appointment Only
MySkincare operates strictly by appointment only. The clinic does not offer walk in appointments. All visits must be booked in advance to ensure every client receives uninterrupted time and personalised care.
VIP Priority
VIP members receive priority access to the calendar. This means certain days and times may be reserved or released to VIP clients first. If you are booking a one off treatment, it is best to plan ahead to secure your preferred time.

Rescheduling or Cancelling
If you need to change your appointment, you can manage it through the link in your booking confirmation email. The clinic follows a clear twenty four hour cancellation policy, so any changes should be made in advance to avoid losing your appointment fee.
