Salon Policy

MySkincare

Please be aware of the following when making a booking with our salon.

Arrival

We are a busy salon and have limited space within the waiting area. Therefore, for the safety of yourself and our other clients, we ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment.

Arriving Late

Late arrival will deprive you of valuable treatment time. As a courtesy to the next client your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.

Salon Appointment Bookings

We strongly suggest you make your treatment bookings 2-3 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Salon Cancellations

24 hours notice of cancellation of all appointments is required to avoid 100% charge. Missed appointments will also incur 100% charge.

Prices

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Information Updates

We reserve the right to amend or remove treatments from our brochure, and to alter our opening times without prior notice.

Salon Credit Card Bookings

Credit/Debit card details are required for special programmes and treatments of 2 hours or more in duration to secure your appointment. The normal cancellation policy applies.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for up to 5 years and are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or to purchase further Gift Vouchers. They can be exchanged for other treatments or to purchase goods. Extensions are considered at the discretion of the management..

Children

For the convenience of other clients trying to relax and for safety reasons, we kindly request that you respect our no child policy, for those who are under the age of 12.

Mobile Telephones

All mobile telephones must be switched off when entering the Clinic for treatments.
