If your monthly payment fails, our system will automatically retry within 24–48 hours, and a final attempt will be made 5 days later. If all attempts fail, your account will go into “HOLD” status, and a €10 administration fee will be charged to cover technical support. To avoid disruptions to your professional skincare treatments, please contact our team immediately if you notice any issues with your bank or payment. Staying on top of your payments ensures uninterrupted access to your VIP facials and peels.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend, that session will be automatically deducted from your course.
