The Silver VIP Membership is a 12-month skincare subscription designed to deliver consistent results through professional treatments. If you choose to cancel before the 12-month term ends, an early cancellation fee of €150 applies, and your remaining treatments will be voided.
This policy ensures the integrity of the treatment plan and the value offered. For those seeking affordable skincare in Dublin or Ballinteer, this package is a commitment to long-term skin health.
If your monthly payment fails, our system will automatically retry within 24–48 hours, and a final attempt will be made 5 days later. If all attempts fail, your account will go into “HOLD” status, and a €10 administration fee will be charged to cover technical support. To avoid disruptions to your professional skincare treatments, please contact our team immediately if you notice any issues with your bank or payment. Staying on top of your payments ensures uninterrupted access to your VIP facials and peels.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend, that session will be automatically deducted from your course. Our skin specialists prepare each treatment in advance, so timely cancellations help us maintain high standards of care. To get the most from your monthly skincare subscription, we recommend booking in advance and keeping your appointments consistent.
