Modern Slavery Statement

MySkincare

This statement is made pursuant to s.54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that MySkincare has taken and is continuing to take to ensure that modern slavery or human trafficking is not taking place within our business or supply chain.

MySkincare is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. We have zero tolerance for any form of modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and control to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

MySkincare is committed to ensuring that all employees, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors of our organisation adhere to the highest standards of ethical practices. We expect all our employees, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors to adhere to the same standards as our own.

We are committed to ensuring that all our supply chains are free from modern slavery, human trafficking and any other form of exploitation. We are committed to ethical sourcing and are continuously assessing the risk of modern slavery occurring in our supply chains.

MySkincare has a dedicated team responsible for monitoring and auditing our supply chains to ensure that modern slavery does not occur. We require that all our suppliers, contractors and subcontractors agree to a code of conduct relating to modern slavery and human trafficking, and that they provide assurances to MySkincare that modern slavery does not occur in their supply chains.

MySkincare takes any breach of this code of conduct seriously and will take appropriate action to ensure modern slavery is not taking place in our supply chains. We will also take appropriate action against any suppliers, contractors or subcontractors who do not comply with this policy.

MySkincare is committed to ensuring that everyone within our organisation is aware of the risks of modern slavery, human trafficking and exploitation. We provide regular training to our staff and contractors to ensure that they are aware of the risks and to ensure that our own policies are being implemented.

MySkincare is committed to continuously reviewing and improving our processes to ensure that modern slavery does not take place in any part of our organisation. We will also continue to review and improve our supply chain processes and procedures to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place in our supply chains.
